Scoped before we quote
We walk through the actual requirement first. A price without a scope is a guess, and we do not charge for guesses.
Fixed price where the scope allows it
Most module and integration work is quoted as a fixed price once requirements are locked, so there are no billing surprises.
Milestone based payments
Larger builds are broken into milestones tied to working deliverables, not just time spent.
Priced in your currency
Nigerian clients are quoted in naira. International clients are quoted in the currency that works for them.

A few things clients usually ask first.
Which Odoo versions do you support?
Odoo 16 through 19, including migrating a module from an older version to a newer one and fixing whatever breaks along the way.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. We work with both Nigerian, naira denominated clients and international clients, and adjust pricing and communication accordingly.
Can you take over a project someone else built?
Yes. We regularly inherit existing Odoo installs and web platforms, starting with a code and security audit before any new work begins.
Do you offer support after launch?
Support does not end at go live. We stay on for server administration, bug fixes, and small enhancements under an ongoing support arrangement.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A single module can take a few weeks. A full platform build is scoped in phases with milestones you can track along the way.
