Tech Joe grew out of hands-on Odoo development work: fixing broken approval chains, building financial modules that actually match how a company pays and reports, and keeping ERP systems running long after the initial rollout. That grounding still shapes how we work today.
We run several client engagements at once, across different Odoo versions and different industries, which forced us to get disciplined early: clear scoping, honest timelines, and documentation that outlasts any one engagement. Nothing ships without an audit pass, and nothing goes untouched once it's live.

Started as an Odoo specialist
Early work centered on fixing and extending existing Odoo installs: approval flows, accounting modules, and server issues clients couldn't get resolved elsewhere.
Took on full ERP builds
Grew into end-to-end module development across HR, finance, and purchasing, including full audits and rewrites of systems that weren't holding up in production.
Started shipping packaged products
Began building modules for Odoo App Store distribution, with the same security and documentation standard as client deliverables.
Became Tech Joe
Formalized into a company running multiple concurrent client engagements across Odoo 13-19, with dedicated infrastructure and a public web presence.
